8. Outputs and AI Disclaimer

The Services may generate outputs based on your inputs.

You acknowledge that:

• Outputs may not be accurate or complete

• Outputs may not be unique

• Outputs should be independently reviewed

We are not responsible for decisions made using outputs.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Services remain with Qomplement and its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or modify the Services

• Extract source code

• Use the Services or outputs to train competing AI systems

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

10. Feedback

Any feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

We are not responsible for:

• Their availability or performance

• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

16. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in San Francisco, California.

At our discretion, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, under applicable arbitration rules.

We may provide notices via:

• In-product notifications

• Website postings

You are responsible for keeping your contact information up to date.

19. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent.

20. General Terms
